陳易行是一位多面向的新晉音樂家及作曲家,他的作品類型橫跨現代音樂、電影配樂、爵士樂、流行樂、R&B、及獨立音樂等多個樂種。

陳氏於 2020 年從香港浸會大學音樂系畢業,現時為全職配樂作曲家。自 2019 年起陳氏便跟隨金像獎得主配樂家戴偉工作,為多套本地電影及電視劇編寫配樂。其中包括電影《二次人生》、《不日成婚》、《狂舞派 3》、《媽媽的神奇小子》,電視劇《二月廿九》、《940920》等多套作品。陳氏亦為電影主題曲《二次人生》和《神奇
之路》編錄鋼琴。

陳氏亦活躍於本地的爵士音樂圈,曾於大館,留白 Livehouse 及 2020 和 2021 的 Freespace 爵士音樂節演出。亦以琴手身份於 Happy Go Lucky Big Band 及香港青年爵士樂團參演,並與本地新晉爵士樂手組成樂隊 Laminar Quartet 和 7th Wave Septet。陳氏同時也熱忱於本地流行及獨立音樂。早前為獨立唱作歌手 Lester Lam 新唱片《Aquilo》內的單曲《Shadows》編曲,並於 2021 年發行。亦有與新晉唱作歌手 Moon Tang 和 Anna Hisbbur 有過合作。

​Eason YH Chan is a multifaceted musician and composer whose work bridges genres from contemporary classical, film score, jazz, pop, R&B, to indie.

Graduated from HKBU majoring in contemporary composition in 2020, Chan is currently working full-time as a film composer under award-winning composer Day Tai. Since 2019, he has participated in a number of local films and TV productions such as the hit ViuTV series “Leap Day”, “940920” and movies "Ready or Knot", "I Still Remember", “The Way We Keep Dancing” and "Zero to Hero". Chan also did the piano arrangements for the theme songs of
"I Still Remember" and "Zero to Hero".

Chan is active in the local jazz scene, having played in the Happy Go Lucky Big Band, Hong Kong Youth Jazz Collective, and formed the Laminar Quarter and 7th Wave Septet. Chan had performed at venues such as Tai Kwun, Lau Bak Livehouse, and at the Freespace Jazz Fest in 2020 & 2021.

Chan is also interested in indie and pop music. He is a collaborator on the upcoming album of local independent artist Lester Lam’s “Aquilo”. Chan produced the album’s first single “Shadows”, which was released earlier last year. He also collaborated with singer-songwriters Moon Tang and Anna Hisbbur on various projects.
